The Virginia Gun Collectors is a nonprofit association to
encourage and advance the hobby of gun collecting.
Educational exhibits presenting a positive image of the hobby
are encouraged. Awards are made for outstanding
displays. This is a QUALITY show. Display materials
are restricted to appropriate firearms and directly related
accessories.

9:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. SUNDAY
ADMISSION: $5.00 PER DAY
CHILDREN UNDER 12: FREE

The Virginia Gun Collectors' primary purpose is to encourage
and advance the hobby of collecting firearms for their historic,
cultural and artistic merits. The advancement of the
traditional shooting sports is encouraged. Achievements
increasing gun collecting knowledge and public appreciation for
our national firearms heritage are recognized. The
Virginia Gun Collectors Association endeavors to promote the
highest ethical standards among gun collectors and dealers, and
to preserve our Second Amendment rights by presenting a positive
image of private ownership of firearms to the general public.
VGCA Gun Show Rules and Guidelines have been established to
further the goals of the association. A copy of the rule
will be sent to all exhibitors. It is the responsibility
of each exhibitor to read and understand these rules before
occupying exhibit space.
Accepted reservations for exhibit space will be acknowledged
by written confirmation of table assignment. Reserved
table space will be for the use of the applicant only and may
not be reassigned to others by the applicant without VGCA
consent. If assigned table space cannot be occupied by the
applicant, the Table Reservation Clerk should be notified so
that reassignment can be made. Refunds on tables will be
made only if notification of cancellation is received by the
Table Reservation Clerk seven days prior to the show date.
Tables not occupied by 10:00 A.M. on Saturday will be reassigned
by the Table Reservation Clerk unless notice of late arrival is
received in advance.

understand that any violation of these rules may result in the

risk of any loss or accident and hereby release the VGCA and
its Directors from all liability.
